Easygoing, techs are friendly and amazing, and the entire practice is easy to interact with. Dr.-s Marks are genuine, honest, and provide feedback in a constructive and pleasant manner. My son and I have been going to Marks Family Dentistry for years. We had a couple of delays for our most recent appointment due to COVID, and their measures for contact, PPE for both patients and staff, and ensuring safety in a way that I was impressed with.

Marks Dentistry has been my provider for 6 years. I recently had a fall and needed emergency treatment. Dr. Jason interrupted his exercise on a Sunday and saw me in 45 minutes. He and his assistant, Ariel, were so kind and gentle with me. I felt completely trusting of them and supported, less than 2 hours after a traumatic injury. I highly recommend them.

Went for a checkup and cleaning this week (5/14/20) and was extremely impressed with the precautions, practices and measures, including new equipment, the Marks have put in place to insure safety of their patients around the Covid19 virus. I felt very safe and cared for - well thought out steps taken by this practice.

I really appreciate this office. They are professional, knowledgeable, have updated machines and computers that make their diagnosis easy to understand. And their staff is down to earth. The decisions for upcoming work can be put on paper, along with the estimates. That is really helpful when working with a budget.

Great service and great staff!!! I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but they make it as good as possible!! I would recommend them any day of the week!!

I have gone to Marks for many years. I continue with this office even though I moved 40 miles away to Tryon 6 years ago. All staff are professional and courteous, and Holly is an excellent hygienist !!

Excellent place!!! Great customer service. Very informative and professional staff. I had the best teeth cleaning of my life! They took the time to provide some at home remedies and were very caring towards my overall dental health. Me and my fiancé highly recommend Mark’s Family Dentistry.

Both Dr. Marks and the staff at Marks Family Dentistry have provided me with care that is competent and compassionate for the past 6 years. I have seen Dr. Marks for routine care and have relied on him, his staff and his connections within the Asheville dental community when I had a more complicated concern that required a referral. This is the only dental practice I've gone to since moving to Asheville seven years ago. I really can't say enough good things about the doctors and hygienists. Going to the dentist isn't exactly fun (at least for me), but the staff is always helpful, kind, and competent. Importantly, I've never felt taken advantage of or pressured into any services I didn't need. Highly recommended.

When I started going to Marks Family Dentistry, I had not been to a dentist for quite a long while. I had expected a reprimand, but they were all very kind and caring. I truly enjoy the doctors and all of their staff. Either doctor is excellent: capable and with a good bedside manner.
